Northern chill in a Scandinavian business climate
Transkriber was founded in scenic Västanträsk, Västerbotten, Sweden – where peace and serenity provide a cool and calm place to handle important tasks. Our employees are located around Sweden and Norway, where the majority are found around Umeå, Sweden. When an opportunity is given, we travel around to meet customers, employees and partners.
In other words, we are located wherever you are, no matter where. Geographical boundaries are overcome by a combination of technology and climate-friendly travel.
Systems and routines for excellent quality
To ensure consistent and good quality, we have developed our own quality assurance system. The system is based on the writing rules and combines these with an internal working method to ensure consistent transcription across the company and further development of our employees’ knowledge. As a customer of ours, you can be sure that your transcriptions are of high quality, all year round in all weathers.
