How to register <\/strong><\/h4>\n

As a new customer, you create an account by clicking the “Create My Account” button on the Home page. Here you enter your account and audio file information. Missing data can always be supplemented afterwards.<\/p>\n

Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email to your registered email with a temporary password. To log in, click the “Login” button on the right side of the homepage.<\/p>\n

Once inside our customer intranet you will see two tabs; one to see your orders and the other to see your invoices.<\/p>\n

Placing an order<\/strong><\/h4>\n

To see your list of orders, click “My Transcriptions”. By clicking on an order you will proceed to a selected transcription. Here you can see the files you uploaded. Once your transcription is complete, this is the place where you see and download your text file. Here you will also see who is your project manager, and can communicate with him or her directly in the chat box. In addition, you will see the invoice that is linked to the current transcription. The invoice is presented immediately upon ordering, but will be sent out after the transcription has been completed.<\/p>\n

To add a new order as an existing customer, use the “Transcription request”. Just as before, you enter the parameters that apply to your order. Sent orders can be found under “My transcription requests” and these will be moved to the “My Transcriptions” tab when we receive your order.<\/p>\n

Invoices<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Under the “Invoices” tab you will see your current invoices. Here you will see the total cost and expiry date of each invoice. By clicking on an invoice you will see the specification. From here you can easily print your invoices if you wish. If you want to look for old invoices, you can use our archive function.<\/p>\n

Your account<\/h4>\n

To change your information and password, click your name at the top of the page. You can also quickly insert an image by clicking the blank image on the left, drag your desired image to the box and then release. All done!<\/p>\n
